Pin-Point Your "Why' With Lady London

Lady London was a special guest performer at one of the largest poetry showcases in New York City this past weekend. London, known for her poetic flow and rhythmic musical talent took the stage and had the crowd applauding throughout the entire performance. With someone screaming "I LOVE YOU LADY LONDON", while also having all eyes and ears on her, she left her mark on the poetry me, please stage.
She shared a backstage moment discussing her seven year experience as a seasoned poet, artist and her creative process. As a personal fan of hers, I can say that I'm extremely proud of her. I'm proud to share her words of inspiration with other aspiring creatives and poets. London suggests that you should pin-point your "WHY". In a society where trends are becoming the creative rubric, we must decide to shatter the glass ceiling. We need to "hop on different ways. It's more important to be the water making you understand why you do what you do. Fight your fight. Be one of one". (London).
